I can't find my Freebie pin.
A Freebie pin is included with each pledge. Due to its tiny size, we understand that the pin can get flung somewhere in parcel opening process. Be sure to check your surroundings as it may have fallen on the ground around you. Also, please make sure you are not accidentally throwing away your freebie pin, in the even that it shifted in transit & may still be among the bubble wrap or poly mailer.

Can I pay with PayPal?
Kickstarter only accepts credit card payments, so your actual pledge can only be paid via card. But, Paypal users, have no fear! I will be setting up a preorder shop through Backerkit AFTER the campaign ends! You will be able to preorder any of the unlocked ita bags & enamel pins from my Kickstarter campaign, & then checkout using Paypal.

When do I choose the color of the bag/enamel pin designs that I want?
You will make your selections AFTER the campaign is over via a Backerkit survey! This means you don’t have to make up your mind right away! You will be able to choose from any designs & colors that were successfully unlocked during the fundraising portion of the campaign! :)

Is the cost of shipping included in all of the pledge tiers? Should I add money onto my pledge for shipping?
Shipping is NOT included in the tier pricing! But please do not add on any additional funds to your pledge for shipping. You will be charged for shipping AFTER the campaign is over according to your package’s weight & destination country. Please see the Estimated Shipping chart on the campaign page to get an idea of what you will be charged!

Why is international shipping so expensive?
Shipping is based on the size + weight of the package + shipping insurance fees. I’m very sorry for the high USPS international rates, but unfortunately, this is something that I have no control over!

I want multiple Froggie bags/enamel pins/color inserts, but I only see tier options for 1 Pin and/or 1 or 2 Bags. How do I pledge for additional items?
You can add more items to your pledge in two different ways! Please read carefully, since there are several steps involved.
METHOD 1: Manually add to your pledge while the campaign is still going.
- Click on the ‘Manage Your Pledge’ button (or “Back This Project” button if you are not yet a backer).
- Add up the cost of all of the items you would like, and input the total amount in the “Pledge Amount” section! For example, If you want 2 bags, your pledge would be $90 USD ($45 + $45 = $90). If you wanted 2 bags and 3 pins, your total pledge would be $120 USD ($45 + $45 + $10 + $10 + $10). This does NOT include shipping - shipping will be charged separately at the end of the campaign no matter what. Once this campaign is over & your payment has been successfully charged, you will receive a survey on Backerkit where you will be able to select & confirm your add-on choices! You will also be able to add more bags and/or pins at this time via the Backerkit store, even if you didn’t add them to your initial pledge.
METHOD 2: Order additional items through the Backerkit Preorder store after the campaign has ended. As long as you pledge for at least 1 reward tier, you will have the option to add on as many additional items as you would like to your pledge after the campaign has ended. You will pay for these add-ons + shipping after you confirm your selections. This will also allow you to pay for extras with Paypal (the base Kickstarter pledge still has to be paid with a card).

What if I want to add-on more items AFTER the Kickstarter is over?
Thanks to Backerkit, you will have the option to purchase additional add-ons after the campaign has ended! While filling out your survey, you will be able to preorder any of the unlocked ita bags, removable inserts, and enamel pins from my Kickstarter campaign, & then checkout using credit card or Paypal.

Will we be able to see samples of the bag/inserts in other colors before the campaign is over?
I will be able to share photographs of the fabric swatches from my manufacturer! Actual samples will only be produced post-campaign if the specific colorway stretch goals were unlocked.

Can the Froggie Ita Bag fit a Switch/Switch Lite?
Yes, it can fit a full-size Switch console with its side controllers removed (see photos on the main campaign page)! Please note that if the side controllers are kept on, the Switch won’t be able to fit.You can safely store the controllers in one of the soft interior compartment pouches!
I don’t own a Switch Lite, so I can’t test this in person, but I don’t think a Lite will fit properly (since the Lite dimensions are bigger than a full-size Switch with the controllers removed). See the main campaign page for exact storage dimensions!

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
