🎉 It’s official - we have reached 100% fulfillment completion for our Froggie Ita Bag project! 🎉
(Well, BackerKit will be forever stuck at 99%, due to a small amount of backers wanting their multiple pledges combined for shipment & causing this display glitch...but technically it is 100%! 🐸)

Thank you so much for your support in bringing the Froggie Ita Bag to life! This was our first-ever Kickstarter project, and we have learned so much along the way!
Your feedback, words of encouragement, patience, and overall excitement made this experience incredibly fulfilling for us. Our lives have revolved around this project for almost an entire year now (during a global pandemic, no less), and we definitely couldn’t have done it without your support through the entire process.
We’ve already heard many of your stories about seeing Froggie bags out in the wild - hopefully we will get to see some of you at future shows or conventions with your Froggies! :D

❗ FINAL CALL FOR SURVEYS ❗
It is now 10 months past the survey submission deadline, and there are still a handful of backers who have still not submitted their survey! We will be reaching out to these backers today via email.
We will be keeping these surveys open for another 14 days if you wish to complete them for your bags, after which we’ll be permanently closing the surveys. If no-response is given, the only thing that can be offered is a store credit for the amount pledged with no promises as to what is available*.
As mentioned in earlier updates, we cannot promise a full range of inventory for anyone who submitted their survey late. For the remaining bags themselves, currently we only have slightly imperfect bags left of all variations due to the defect rate we experienced. We are able to offer bags with only minor cosmetic imperfections (ex: mild clusters of surface scratches on clear panel); none of these issues impact the usability of the item and often would be equivalent to a few months of wear and tear.
If you have not yet done so, please fill out and submit your Reward Survey ASAP, but keep in mind that what we have stated above is the stock leftover after fulfilling 100% the completed Reward Surveys!
*As noted in the campaign, we are unable to offer refunds due to the production process and investing all funds in the Kickstarter, so we cannot offer refunds of unclaimed pledges.
“I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL”
We can confirm that 100% of completed Reward Survey shipments have been fulfilled. So, if you have not received a tracking email from BackerKit, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- You misspelled your email address upon submitting your survey and/or joining Kickstarter
- You filled out your survey and/or joined Kickstarter with an email that you do not regularly check the inbox of
- The tracking notification email was filtered to your inbox’s Spam folder
- You never officially submitted your Rewards Survey, and thus information for your shipment was never processed (see section above - FINAL CALL FOR SURVEYS)

Hey everyone! 🐸 Since our last update post, we have reached 5,784 shipped packages in total, which puts the project total at 96% fulfillment!
Additionally, all pledges containing one bag + any amount of add-ons have been shipped!
There are a little over 200 pledges left for us to pack + ship out, and then we will be done!
The remaining 4% queue consists of:
- Pledges containing 2 bags + up to 8 add-ons (10 items total).
- Pledges in which the rewards survey was filled out 6+ months late.

For the final 4% of backers waiting on shipment - once your package has been shipped, the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file with your Kickstarter account. The sender of the email will be "BackerKit", so please keep an eye on your inbox over the next few weeks! :)

Hey folks! We have just reached 90% rewards fulfillment! Only 10% left to go!! 😊
As mentioned in the previous update, we've been working on an even mix of single bag packages, as well as packages containing multiple bags. 📦 These take a bit longer to pack due to their volume, but we're excitedly working through this final stretch of shipments :D
P.S. It has been AMAZING seeing so many people sharing photos on social media of their newly arrived bags! 🐸 Watching all of the Froggies going on adventures is so heartwarming!! Thank you so much for the Froggie love, & for supporting this project 😊
✈️ All INTERNATIONAL (non-U.S.) rewards have been SHIPPED! ✈️
We're happy to announce that all backers from outside of the United States who filled their surveys out on-time should have their rewards on the way! :) All international packages have been shipped - the remaining 10% of fulfillment are domestic backers.
Please note that due to the effects of the pandemic on global shipping, international packages are typically taking anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks to reach their destination. During this transit phase, tracking updates may be slow (or even pause completely) for several weeks at a time. Please do not worry, this usually just means that the package has passed through U.S. customs, and is making its way to you!

Hey everyone, fulfillment status time! 🐸 We’re getting really close to the end, so hopefully there should only be a few more of these update posts!! 🙌
As of today, we are officially at 5,203 shipped packages, which puts the project total at 86% fulfillment!
We are now working on multiple bag orders, and single bag orders with 5+ add-ons! 📦
For the past week, we have been shipping out a mix of both single bag orders and multiple bag orders, rather than working on exclusively one category. This is because the USPS truck that comes by to pick up our shipments is not very large, and can only fit so many boxes inside (we share office building space with several other businesses who also send out lots of packages on a daily basis). Orders with multiple bags take up a lot of their truck space, so we will keep chipping away at fulfilling these larger orders day-by-day alongside single bag orders!
"I haven’t received a tracking number email yet!"
Don’t worry, this just means that your package is still being worked on! At the time of writing this, there are still a little over 800 orders that need to be packed and sent out; your order is included in that amount.
Once your package has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address on file with your Kickstarter account.
