*The following information regarding surveys applies to Kickstarter campaign backers only. Preorder customers do not receive surveys.*
The deadline to submit your BackerKit surveys is today, August 31st @ 10:30pm EST! :)
Most backers have submitted their info (thank you so much!), but there are still 500 or so of you that have not provided me with your color choices or shipping & payment information.
If you submit your survey late, I cannot guarantee that I will still have stock of all of the color/design options that you want, as the final order will have already been submitted to my manufacturer. If you go to fill out the survey late, you may find that many of the bag color and pin options have been removed.
You will also be part of a later shipping group (estimated for March/April 2021 or later, depending on how late you submit your survey).
Make sure to submit your survey ASAP to ensure that a) you areguaranteed to receive the bag color/pin designs you want, and b) you will be part of the first wave of shipping.

Hey everyone!
At the time of posting this update, 85% of you have already submitted your BackerKit survey! :) Thanks so much!
I know a few people were waiting to see photos of the insert samples before submitting their surveys! If this includes you - good news! The samples have finally arrived, so please check them out below. But first, I want to make a quick update about emails and remind everyone of when they will be charged for shipping & add-ons, since that's the next big step.
SURVEY LOCK & CHARGE DATE REMINDER
Reminder that BackerKit surveys will be LOCKED on Monday, August 31st!
Once the surveys are locked, you will not be able to add more add-ons to your survey or change your bag color. I need to lock the surveys so that I have a final count for each bag, insert, and enamel pin to send to the manufacturers.
CARD USERS: As mentioned in the previous update, I will be pressing the “CHARGE CARDS” button on September 1st. This means that if you are paying for your BackerKit survey items (ex: shipping) with a card, you should anticipate the funds being drawn from your account on that day.
Reminder that the September 1st charge is exclusively for the owed shipping fees and/or any optional add-ons. You will not be double-charged for your original Kickstarter pledge, so don’t worry!
PAYPAL USERS: If you paid for shipping/add-ons with PayPal, PayPal should have charged you instantly during check-out! :)
LATE SURVEYS
A few backers have asked what happens if they fill out their survey late.
After August 31st, you will still have the opportunity to fill out your survey & choose your rewards after the deadline -- but your rewards will be shipped out considerablylater than those who filled their surveys out on time.
So, the tentative shipping schedule might look something like this:
Jan ~ Feb 2021: Wave 1 of shipping - everyone who filled out their surveys on time will have their orders shipped outfirst.
Mar ~ April 2021: Wave 2 of shipping - everyone who did not fill out their survey by the deadline will have their orders shipped outafter the first wave is complete.
So, if you want to get your rewards as soon as possible, please be sure to fill out your survey!! :)
MORESAMPLE PHOTOS - BAGS & INSERTS!
The bag colorway samples + the insert samples have arrived to me from my manufacturer!! :) Here's a family photo of all the Froggies!!
Color is SUPER important to me, so just a reminder that the lighting & environment heavily affects how the bag fabric color is perceived! These photos were taken in natural, overcast lighting on my couchand floor. With this in mind, the colors in these photos will appear overall more vivid & cool-toned than the manufacturer's professionally lit & shot photos from the previous update. Same with the photo of the inserts below! I would say that the manufacturer's photos are closer to the "true" colors, but I wanted to share photos nonetheless :)
I also took photos of some heavily requested bag + insert color combos!! Not all combinations have a photo, as there are over 100 different possibilities. :)
Once again, just wanted to be transparent that these photos were taken on my phone, and should only be used for general reference - they are not professionally staged/lit or edited; so these colors are not 100% accurate to real life (ex: the mint bag looks almost blue in certain photos due to how my phone camera is picking up the color balance). But I hope that this will help some of you make your final color decisions~ :D

The time has finally come!! BackerKit is currently sending over 5,000 surveys out to your emails! :D Please note that due to the high volume, it may take the system a few hours to a day to send out every single survey.
SURVEY INFO
BackerKit accepts both card and PayPal payments!
If you pay using a card, your payment won’t be officially charged until I lock your survey & manually click a “CHARGE CARDS” button on BackerKit. (current estimated charge date is September 1st).
If you pay with PayPal, your PayPal account will be charged instantly!
You are able to change tiers and survey answers/reward selections as many times as you wish, up until the surveys are Locked! This includes adding additional rewards onto your existing pledge!
You can edit your shipping address in BackerKit up until the rewards begin to ship out. I will send out a 48 hour warning before addresses are locked in late 2020/early 2021!

SURVEY DEADLINE
If everything goes smoothly, the BackerKit survey is currently scheduled to close on August 31st.
I plan to click the “CHARGE CARDS” button on September 1st, which will process the survey payments (PayPal users - you would have been charged at the time of survey completion, so this wouldn't affect you). If your card is declined, you will have an opportunity to fix it.
Once surveys are locked and cards have been charged, I will be able to get the total count for how many bags, pins, and inserts I need to order, and submit that information to my manufacturer! :)
PREORDER SHOP IS OPEN!
For anyone who missed out on the campaign, the BackerKit preorder shop is now open to the public! I will keep the preorder shop open for roughly the same amount of time as the surveys.
Feel free to share the preorder shop with anyone you think might be interested in picking up a Froggie Ita Bag or some pins from the campaign. ♡

The fundraising portion of the Froggie Ita Bag campaign is officially COMPLETE!!
Thank you so much for the outpouring of support on my first-ever Kickstarter! I'm incredibly honored to see this much love for Froggie. Not only did we reach the initial funding goal in 90 seconds, but we also unlocked 8 new bag colors, a bunch of enamel pins, and fun insert colors, as well!! Amazing! :D
I should receive the funds around August 28th! Once the funds are released and the surveys + preorders are closed at the end of August, I will submit the final order count to my manufacturer...and then the production journey begins!! :D
WHERE IS MY SURVEY / HOW DO I PICK MY BAG COLOR?
You will be able to pick your bag color via asurvey that will be emailed to you a few days after this update is posted. The survey will be sent to the email that is associated with your pledge! I’m just waiting on approval from BackerKit before I can officially send it out to everyone.

HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO FILL OUT THE SURVEY?
My goal is to lock the BackerKit surveys & preorder shop on Monday, August 31st. This will give everyone approximately 2 weeks to make their decision and pay for shipping + any additional add-ons. I would like to start production ASAP, so the sooner we can get the surveys completed & locked, the better!!
Please note that only yourpayment + survey answers (ex: your choice of bagcolor) will be locked -- you should still be able to edit your shipping address all the way up until it’s time for your rewards to be shipped out!
CAN WE SEE MORE PHOTOS OF THE BAG & INSERT COLORS?
Yes! At the time of writing this, the only bag color that I have in-hand is the original Green. As soon as I receive the other sample bag colors from my manufacturer, I’ll take some more photos as well as share some different bag + insert combinations! The samples are currently preparing for shipment, so I’m hoping they’ll arrive sometime next week :)

Wow! There is officially less than a day left in the campaign!! Have you all decided which color bags and inserts you're getting? If not, no worries -- you'll have until the end of August to fill out & submit your backer surveys! :)
There are several updates, including a SUPER IMPORTANT shipping rates update for International 2 Bag backers, so please read on!
BROWN & HOLOGRAPHIC FROGGIE BAG SAMPLES ARE IN!
My manufacturer was able to whip up the new bags colors super fast, and they look PHENOMENAL! Check out the new friends!! :D
FULL LIST OF INSERT COLORS!
I’ve added more removable insert colors, including a HOLOGRAPHIC insert!! Each Froggie Ita Bag comes with the default white insert -- any additional colors are optional! Inserts are $5 USD each (except for the holographic one, which is $6 USD). You can add this to your pledge, or wait and purchase them in the Backerkit preorder shop!
The insert samples are currently being shipped to me, so I will take some photos of bag + insert combinations once they arrive! Let me know in the comments if there are any specific combinations that you would like to see!!

PLEASE read if you live outside of the U.S. and are currently backing/thinking about backing for 2 or more bags! Due to the unforeseen extenuating circumstances that are currently affecting USPS, the cost to internationallyship packages weighing > 4 lbs (the weight of 2 bags in their packaging) has risen to more than what was originally calculated. I’ve spent the day working on finding solutions to keep it around the same shipping price, but unfortunately, it may have to come to more than estimated.
This update only affects non-U.S. backers who are pledging for more than one bag (which is a relatively small number of people). If you are an international backer who is pledging for just a single bag, this change won’t affect you!! Please refer to the updated shipping chart below so that you can plan accordingly -- updated rates are highlighted in red! I completely understand if you have to lower or remove your pledge due to these unexpected rate adjustments! Just be sure to make any adjustments before the campaign ends at 12:00PM EST on the 14th.
SURVEYS
As a reminder, everyone will be receiving a survey once the campaign is over -- you will fill this out in order to indicate which bag colors/pins/inserts you'd like to receive. The survey will not be sent out immediately, so please don't worry if you do not see an email right away. It may take a few days, since a Backerkit staff member has to review and approve my survey before I can send it out. As soon as I receive approval, I will be sending the surveys to the emails that are associated with everyone's Kickstarter pledges.
If you have questions about this, no worries! Once the campaign is over, I will post another update elaborating on how surveys + charges work, and will be answering any survey-related questions at that time.
General reminder that shipping will be calculated and charged in Backerkit once the campaign is over -- not during the Kickstarter campaign! You do not need to add the shipping costs to your pledge.
