Hey everyone! 🐸 Time for a quick Froggie Ita Bag fulfillment check-in :D 

As of today,  the project is currently at 65% fulfillment (3,959 shipped packages)!

Currently working on: Single bag pledges with up to 4 add-ons

Remaining pledges left to ship in this category: 952

(P.S. - 4 out of 5 members of our team got their first round of covid vaccines this week (woo)! We’ve been feeling the side effects of soreness & fatigue, which has affected our packing schedule just a tad.)

At our current pace, we should be finished with the above category by the end of the month. :) Thanks so much for your patience during the fulfillment phase - we sincerely appreciate it!!

53% Fulfillment Complete! (Halfway There! 🐸)

Hey everyone, here is another fulfillment status update!

Since the last update post, we’ve reached 53% fulfillment (3,247 shipped packages)! A little over halfway there, woooo! ★

We are focusing on pledges that contain 1 bag with up to 4 add-ons (which is a huge portion of the total pledges)! As soon as it’s time to move onto the more complex orders (such as 2+ bags), we will let everyone know in an update post here! :)

Also, here is a breakdown of the amount of bag colors that were ordered in total, & how many of each we’ve shipped so far, in case anyone is interested! :D

Don’t worry, this just means that your package is still being worked on! We have 6,000+ packages in total to ship, & our team is working as fast as we can to fulfill every single pledge! Hey friends - here is where we're currently at with Froggie bag fulfillment!

So far we have shipped out 2,265 packages, which is 37% of the project’s total.

Our studio is still very much in a state of floor-to-ceiling boxes! So right now we are focusing on pledges that contain 1 bag only, with up to 4 add-ons (pins, inserts, apparel) total. Once space is cleared, then we can begin on more complicated & larger orders (multiple bag orders, bags with 4+ add-ons, etc).

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SATURDAY, MARCH 13TH

Any remaining Froggie bag address changes must be emailed to [email protected]no later than Saturday, March 13th. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept changes past this date.

IMPORTANT: Email only -- do not submit address changes through Kickstarter messages!

• Be sure to submit your address update request no later than March 13th to [email protected]. Please include your full name, email, and new shipping address. We will get it updated for you ASAP!

17% Fulfillment Complete!

Hello everyone -- fulfillment check-in time!

As of today, we have shipped out exactly 1,050 packages, which is 17% of the project’s total!

More fulfillment updates will be posted here on Kickstarter as we continue sending all of the Froggies out to their new homes. :)

Bag Shipping Begins! (Please make sure your address is up-to-date!)

The news that we've all been eagerly waiting for...Froggie Ita Bag shipping has begun! A small “test run” batch of bags were sent out a few days ago, & the fulfillment phase will be fully kicking into gear this week.

YAY! WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BAG?

It will take us several months to pack & ship out all 6,000+ bags! So, not everyone will be receiving their bags all at the same time - it depends on where each pledge falls into the queue. Please note that we are a small team of people, & have to keep COVID-19 limitations in mind -- but we will be working our hardest to get your Froggies to you as fast as we can. :D

At this moment, our office is literally covered floor-to-ceiling with boxes (as seen in the photo above)! In order to free up some space, we will be starting with single bag pledges first. This will allow our team more elbow room for when we move onto multiple bag fulfillment. So, if you have multiple bags on the way, we will be getting to your orders a little later.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you have recently moved and need an address update, please send an email with your full name, previous address, and new address to [email protected]. Please note that we can only update your address if your rewards have not been shipped. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been sent out.

PLEDGE TRACKING

Once your rewards have been shipped, you will receive an email from BackerKit to track your shipment!

UPDATES GOING FORWARD

Going forward, updates will mostly consist of fulfillment completion % check-ins. Please expect an update here from anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks.
