Rest of bags & inserts finally passed through U.S. customs!! :) Shipping to begin in February after quality check!

HI everyone! Hope you're all doing well in the new year! ♥
In the last update, I had mentioned that we were still waiting on the final batch of Froggie Ita Bags + all of the insert add-ons to arrive, with an estimated arrival of early January.
As I probably should have expected - the holiday season = slower transit & customs processing time...so I had not received any updates from my manufacturer/UPS regarding the shipment status until just the other day!
As of 1/12, he remaining boxes have FINALLY landed in the United States, passed through customs, and are on the way to be delivered:
Estimated delivery date is 1/18! 😊 As you can see, it took quite some time to finally get an update on my end. Thank you endlessly for your patience with UPS’s longer-than-normal shipping times due to the holidays & pandemic ♥

DECEMBER PROGRESS & WRAP-UP
Since the last update, I have been doing quality assurance checks with the bags that had previously arrived, as well as packing & shipping out the pin-only pledges. The bags are looking & feeling really good so far -- only a small handful of bags have had errors (stuck zipper, missing pink cheek screenprint, etc). Checking bags is more work than I anticipated, but is a super important step!! Don't wanna accidentally send out any damaged froggies 🥺
Also, the pin-only shipments are nearly complete -- if you have not yet received a tracking email, it means your pins are part of the remaining batch. You will get an email as soon as they’ve been sent!

BAGS: JANUARY QUALITY CHECK | SHIPPING BEGINS IN FEBRUARY
Once the last batch of bags & inserts arrive next week, I will need to formally take inventory + quality check to make sure all bags are accounted for, and did not get damaged during ocean freight.
I have a team of awesome people ready-to-go that will be helping to pack & ship your rewards out! So as soon as the rest of the bags are checked, we are all good to start shipping! :D

14 out of 236 bag boxes have arrived! (+ PINS PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT - Addresses locking on 12/17!)

Hi everyone!
Exciting news - the Froggiepocalypse has begun! 🐸 14 out of 236 boxes containing the Froggie Ita Bags have been delivered!! The boxes are quite large, weighing around 32 lbs each, and hold between 20-30 bags.
I was informed by the UPS driver that the deliveries for the remaining boxes will be staggered in small batches, like the one pictured above, over the next several weeks.
In addition, 40 boxes containing several hundred bags + all of the extra inserts are still in the ocean freight stage. They did not fit on the first boat, and had to be shipped out separately. Those final 40 boxes should arrive sometime next month! :)
With the above UPS delivery schedule in mind, the BAG shipment phase of this project will “officially” begin in JANUARY! Thanks so much for your patience! :D

📦 ENAMEL PIN SHIPMENT IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! 📦
In the meantime - enamel pin-only pledges can finally begin to go out! 🎉
In order to begin shipping the pin-only pledges, I will first need to lock shipping addresses within BackerKit.
Addresses for pin-only pledges will be locked 1 week from now (Thursday, December 17th @ 12:00 PM EST). Backers who fall into this shipping category will receive an email notice 48 hours before the lock, as a reminder to make any last minute changes to their addresses.
If you are in need of an address change, but are unable to update your address yourself, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “FROGGIE ADDRESS CHANGE”, and be sure to include your previous address + new/updated address. (Email only - no Kickstarter messages, please!)
Address changes for PIN-ONLY pledges are due by 12 PM EST on Thursday, December 17th. I will not be able to update any shipping addresses once they have been locked-in, so it is crucial that you email me before the above deadline if your address needs updating!

Update: The remaining Green Froggie bags have completed production! WOO!
This means that all 7,000+ Froggie ita bags have officially completed the manufacturing phase, and are currently being prepped for their long journey across the ocean! :)
The bag manufacturer said that they will provide me with a freight tracking number once the bags have been accepted by the freight company. As mentioned previously, ocean freight takes several weeks (because, well, they are coming from 6,000 miles away by boat)! Hopefully the Froggies won’t get seasick during their trip. 😝
Also, the enamel pins have all completed the color filling + baking process! None of them have their screenprint details painted on yet (ex: the white spots on the mushrooms, the bellies & blush on the Froggies, etc). Screenprinting is one of the final steps in the pinmaking process (right before general quality inspection + bagging), so I am anticipating that the pins will ship out later this month once the final steps are finished.
These sample photos are not the best quality in terms of lighting, and a couple designs seem to have been accidentally left out of the picture -- but so far, all of the designs shown came out exactly as I’d hoped in terms of size and color! 👍 Beyond thrilled!!

Hi everyone! Hope you’re all doing well!
SEPTEMBER PRODUCTION UPDATE
We are nearly one month into production of the Froggie bags, and I am pleased to let everyone know that so far, everything is going smoothly! :) As of last week, all of the bag panels were in the process of being cut-to-shape.
Today is the start of the Mid Autumn Festival and Golden Week Holiday in China, so my manufacturer will be taking the next 8 days off to rest. Production will resume the second week of October.
If no issues arise, production should be finished around late-October!
Completed bags will then undergo quality inspection, packaging, and customs clearance before they can begin their 30-day journey to me by boat.
I will provide another update as soon as there is more info to share! :)
OVER 200 SURVEYS STILL INCOMPLETE
(The following applies to KICKSTARTER BACKERS ONLY - If you placed a preorder directly through Backerkit, you did not have to fill out a survey.)
There are still over 200 Kickstarter backers who have yet to submit their surveys!
